The last two nights I've been at the house finishing things up until 11:00pm. The basement looks awesome, the best it has ever looked in fact - including better then when I bought it.
While we were finishing things up, two people stopped by so I showed it to them. It was good practice, even if they end up not being interested (which you never know).
I think the inside is completely ready except for the vanity in the upstairs bathroom. I also noticed I need to touch up some paint. Hopefully I'll have time to do that tonight. What really needs to happen though is cleaning out the basement and garage. Once I get that done - and paint the outside of the house - all I'll be doing is showing it and maybe some touch-up paint here and there. Oh, and I may still add a new deck, not sure on that. I could finish that in a day probably.
Yay!!!! I got my electric guitar the very same day that I was sad. I haven't updated recently because I have been playing it every chance I can get. It is flippin' sweet. It is a black Fender Strat, Mexican made, last years model. Going to go play it right about......now.
